Vera is officially teething!

Saw two white teeth submerged under her gums. Vera's teeth is officially emerging! Gonna miss her toothless grin :(

Daddy saw it first and pull down her lower lip and show it to me! Funny :)

And also Vera can now munch and swallow a piece of BabyBites biscuit! Yay!

A trip to Genting Highlands 19/08/2010-21/08/2010

Vera's Mummy and Daddy decided to bring her to Genting Highlands for a short trip. As we are more familiar with that place and the air is relatively fresh compare to other parts of our neighbouring countries. We also reckon that if she can survive a bus trip she can survive the airplane. So there we go, deciding to bring her to Genting Highlands for a adventurous trip!

Our old folks (her both grandmothers, youngest auntie and her grandauntie) also went with us. They are quite worried that her parents cannot handle her well.

Vera uses the monkey bar at her gym class. THis is the first time she cries when at it cos she was abit tire.

Vera is taking lesson at Baby Jumper Gym. BJG emphasizes on whole brain stimulation. For the first half hour they will do flashcards, object recognition, sing songs, music appreciation, eye coordination etc. For the second half hour she wiill go through physical training at their gym. We decided on this school is because of the attention that the teachers give the students. Maximum of 4 students in the class makes it more conducive for the babies. And gym part is suitable for Vera as she is super active.

Let's see what she does in gym....

Happy National Day~!

Vera dresses in red and white polka dot dress to celebrate her first National Day! How lovely can she be? But in the end she took naps and we took her out at 4pm. (we also took our beauty sleep). We decided to skip the fireworks and went to Expo instead.

Vera can climb up her cot. We will place her near our bed and she can sit up straight? And sometimes she will attempt to climb up to our bed! How dangerous can that be?

This is how motivated she can be when she sees new things. She saw me holding my handphone and she crawled towards me! See how fast she can crawl!

That is how dangerous she can be. She will knock her head when she turn the corners, or she will pull anything that comes her way.

Vera loves banana!! Maybe it is sweet? She keeps opening her mouth for banana! Normally, she will just have a few mouths of food and gets tired of it. But for this sweet banana she can eat half of it!
