Went to the zoo with your aunties. First time to the zoo and it was raining cats and dogs. So we waited in the carpark until the rain subsided. Luckily, it stopped and off we go to the zoo!

Today I asked Vera to pose for me to take picture. She put out her hands and open and close her fists.. That is her posing!

I was asking Daddy to stop the trolley. So i can take the impossibility of a person's butt in that small space. And Vera immediately tried to push the trolley to make it move.

You have such a bad habit of tip-toeing while walking, PD says you have to wear a pair of sport shoes to push your leg down.

And also your old shoes are becoming tooooo smelly! I wonder where you got that smelly sweaty feet from? 

So off we go to Taka to buy a pair of NIKE shoes! A tad expensive at $59.00 which you will most probably wear for 3 months or so. Why did god invent kids' feet to grow at such tremendous rate? This is your third shoes in 5 months!

Vera and the BIG Doraemon

Today is a day at grandmother's place. And granny fetched you down to meet grandmother using her bicycle.

16 months old! -- Milestones

Truly amazing how fast you have grown! From a scrawny little baby to now a walking toddler, you have grown leaps and bounds (to me at least). Following are a few skill sets you have acquired:

• Kiss when requested, with sound "MUA"
• Give a big hug when we ask to "hug hug"
• Know how to say "papa", "mama", "MA" (Granny). But not when requested but you say it when you have the mood for it.
• Knows how to complete the stacking ring
• Wave bye bye to whatever that is in your way when you leave a place
• Reminds us to close the door when we leave the house
• Reminds us to keep something where we left it out of place
• Brings remote controller to Ah Gong when he is back from work so that he can on the TV and watch stocks on Teletext. And will remind Ah Gong to on the electricity
• Remind Ah Mah to off fan after your afternoon nap
• Know how to play hide-and-seek with us by hiding

Everyday we feel blessed that you have grown to be such a cheerful baby. With all of us shower you with love and attention, we hope you will continue to be that cheerful girl when you grow up!

But Lucas' Mummy, Lorraine said that Lucas is not as affectionate. Probably thats the difference between girls and boys!
